Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and via text is not completely secure although we take measures that are designed to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data to our site and within the texting app that we use to inform you of our weekly classes and offers. Any transmission is at your own risk.
Cookies and Internet Protocol (IP) logging
When you visit our website, our server will record your computer’s IP address (the unique numerical address given to every computer connected to the Internet) and the time and duration of your visit. When you submit a form on our website it will record your computer’s IP address and submission time.

Testimonials and photos
We may from time to time ask you for testimonials, to share your success with other members, or to take photos of sessions and classes for marketing purposes. We will always seek your full permission to proceed with this before any action is taken. The personal trainers who work for The Personal Fitness Company will never discuss your situation or progress with any other client and will only be party to your information if they are directly involved in working with you.
This policy is presented as an ‘opt out’ policy. We will do our utmost to ensure that you check it over and have the opportunity to ask any questions or manage any of your data that is held by us. We do not require you to ‘opt in’ to the policy.
